8. The EA Campus Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our online courses, and we also encourage you to apply the strategies and knowledge shared within each course. The EA Campus provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for our online courses, subject to the following terms:

• Eligibility for Refunds: If, within 30 days of enrollment, you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, please contact our support team at [email protected] by the 30th day at 11:59 PM GMT to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 10% of the course content and must not have downloaded any templates, workbooks, or other downloadable resources.

• Timeframe for Refunds: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the course fees, regardless of whether you complete the course or not.

• Refund Processing: Upon determining that you are eligible for a refund, The EA Campus will instruct our payment processor to issue the refund. Please note that we do not control the payment processor and, therefore, cannot expedite the refund process.

• Termination of Access: If you receive a refund through this 30-day money-back guarantee, your license to use any course materials is immediately revoked. You must cease using all course content and destroy any downloaded materials, including, but not limited to: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership area content, and other resources.

9. Termination of Access

Upon violation of these Terms, The EA Campus reserves the right to terminate your access to the course and accompanying materials without notice. You are required to cease all usage of the course content immediately and destroy any copies of materials in your possession.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided as part of The EA Campus courses, including video recordings, audio recordings, documents, slide decks, templates, and other resources, remain the intellectual property of The EA Campus. You are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing any course materials without prior written consent from The EA Campus.

11. Data Protection

By enrolling in a course, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (e.g., name, email) for communication purposes related to the course. The EA Campus will not share your data with third parties without your permission unless required by law.
