Live Advanced Claude Masterclass

Set Claude up to do your weekly jobs before you ask

Advanced Claude is a live, three-hour online masterclass with Nicky Christmas, founder of The EA Campus, for Executive Assistants who already use Claude and are ready for the next step. You’ll connect Claude to the apps you work in, set it up to carry out jobs with several steps on its own, including on a schedule, and use Claude Design to turn that work into polished documents, decks and pages.

NEXT DATE

Thursday 18th February 2027

Time: 11am ET | 4pm GMT

Format: Live on Zoom, 3 hours

Is Claude still waiting for you to ask?

Once Claude knows your role and your Executive, most of us use it the same way: open a chat, ask for something, then copy the answer into an email or a document. That saves time on every task, but you’re still the one who starts each task, finds the papers Claude needs and moves the finished work to where it needs to go.

Advanced users are now setting Claude up to do far more of that work itself. Connected to the apps you use, Claude can find what it needs, work through a job with several steps, keep going in the background after you close your laptop and check in with you only when it needs a decision. With Claude Design, the result can come back as a finished document, deck or page in your organisation’s brand, instead of text you still have to format.

This masterclass is the next step after the basics. You’ll set all of this up for your own work, step by step with Nicky, alongside other Executive Assistants doing the same.

What if Claude kept working after you closed your laptop?

Imagine handing Claude the groundwork for your Executive’s next leadership offsite before you log off. Claude researches venues, checks the dates against your Executive’s diary, drafts the enquiry emails for you to approve and pulls it all into a one-page proposal in your organisation’s brand. In Advanced Claude, you’ll learn how to set up jobs like this one, so you come back to work that’s ready for you to check.

This is for you if

It isn't for you if

How it works

Choose your date

Choose the date that works best around your Executive's diary. We'll email you straight away to confirm your place, and your joining details include a short checklist of what to ask your IT team to switch on before the session.

Build it live with Nicky

Over three hours on Zoom, Nicky sets up each connection, agent and design on screen while you build your own in your Claude account. You'll be working alongside other Executive Assistants, and you can ask questions whenever they come up.

Put it to work

The next day, you'll receive the recording, the slides and your bonuses, so you can finish anything you started and hand Claude its first job that week. When new questions come up in the weeks that follow, you can bring them to Nicky's quarterly Q&A.

What we cover in Advanced Claude

There are three parts to the masterclass, covering what advanced Claude users are doing now: connecting Claude to their apps, handing it jobs to run on its own, and using Claude Design to produce finished work. Anthropic adds new features to Claude regularly, so Nicky refreshes the content before every date.

Part one

Connecting Claude to the apps you use

You’ll connect Claude to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and to the other tools your organisation uses, such as Slack. Where there’s no ready-made connector, Nicky shows you how tools like Composio can link Claude to hundreds more apps, and what to check with IT first. You’ll also decide what Claude can do on its own and what it has to ask you about first, including when you manage your Executive’s inbox and calendar through delegated access.

You’ll finish part one with Claude connected to the apps you use every day, and approvals set the way you want them.

Part Two

Agents and automation

Next, you’ll set Claude up as an agent that works through jobs with several steps on its own. You’ll build skills so Claude does each job your way, schedule the jobs you repeat, such as a weekly briefing on your Executive’s diary, and hand Claude a bigger job that carries on in the background while you check on it from your phone. You’ll also choose how often Claude checks in with you, depending on how much you trust it with each job.

You’ll finish part two with your first agent built and a scheduled task running.

Part Three

Claude Design, and what comes next

Finally, you’ll use Claude Design to turn that work into something you can send, such as a briefing pack in your organisation’s brand, ready to edit, share and download. Nicky also shows you the newest agent features Anthropic is releasing, such as Claude splitting a big job into parts and working on them at the same time, so you know what’s coming and what to ask for as it reaches your plan.

You’ll leave with a finished piece of work made in Claude Design and a plan for the next job you’ll hand over.

What's included

When you book a live place, this is what you get:

The live masterclass with Nicky. Three hours on Zoom, setting Claude up for your own work alongside other Executive Assistants.

A certificate of completion. Useful for your own records, or for your organisation’s learning and development team.

Included with every live Masterclass

Your four bonuses

The live Advanced Claude session gets Claude doing your first jobs. These four bonuses help you hand over the next ones once you’re back at your desk.

Bonus 1

The Advanced Claude toolkit

Nicky’s own skills, scheduled task instructions and Claude Design templates for jobs Executive Assistants do every week, ready to copy into your Claude account and adapt for your Executive.

Yours the day after your masterclass.

Bonus 2

The IT checklist

Some of what you’ll set up needs your IT team to switch it on first, especially in larger organisations. This one-page checklist sets out what to ask for and why, including connectors and tools like Composio, written so you can forward it to IT as it is.

Sent with your joining details, so there’s time to get everything switched on.

Bonus 3

Productivity Hacks for Assistants

The digital materials provided in this bundle will equip you with the skills and strategies needed to maximise your potential and transform you into an exceptional Assistant.

Normally sold separately. Yours the day after your masterclass.

Bonus 4

A place at Nicky's quarterly Q&A

Some questions only come up once Claude has been doing your jobs for a few weeks. Every quarter, Nicky runs a 45-minute live Q&A for everyone who attended a Claude, Advanced Claude or AI for EAs masterclass in the previous three months, so you’ll have somewhere to bring them.

For everyone who attended a Claude masterclass that quarter.

If your organisation paid for your place on Claude for EAs, Advanced Claude is the natural next step to ask for, and you’re very likely not the first person to ask. To make the conversation easier, we’ve put together a manager pack. It includes a one-page business case for this masterclass and an email you can edit and send to your Executive or your learning and development team.

Executive Assistants who use Claude most days and are ready for the next step: connecting it to their apps, handing it whole jobs and producing finished work with Claude Design. If you’re new to Claude, Claude for EAs is the better place to start.

No, but you’ll need to be comfortable using Claude day to day, including setting up a Project. If you’re not, book Claude for EAs and Advanced Claude together as a bundle and save.

A paid Claude plan, ideally the one your organisation provides. Some features, such as scheduled tasks and some of the newer agent features, depend on your plan, and Nicky points those out as she goes. If you’re not sure which plan you have, your IT team will know.

No. Everything in the masterclass is set up in the Claude app, using plain English, and Nicky goes step by step.

Possibly. Connecting Claude to your email, calendar and files often needs an administrator to allow it, especially in larger organisations. Your joining details include a one-page checklist you can forward to IT before the session.

It can be, as long as you follow your organisation’s policy. You’ll set approvals so Claude checks with you before it sends, deletes or changes anything, and Nicky shows you how to limit which folders and files Claude can open.

Yes, and Nicky covers it in part one. What Claude can do with delegated access depends on whether your organisation uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and how your access is set up, so bring your questions to the session.

Composio is a separate tool that connects Claude to apps that don’t have a ready-made connector. You don’t need it to take part. Many organisations will want IT to approve it first, so Nicky covers when it’s worth asking for and what to check.

Every date runs 4pm to 7pm UK, which is 11am to 2pm US Eastern.
