Live Advanced Copilot Masterclass

Build your own Copilot agents for the jobs you do every week

Advanced Copilot is a live, three-hour online masterclass with Lauren Hughes for Executive Assistants who use Microsoft 365 Copilot every day and want more from it. You’ll build agents for the work you do every week, such as meeting minutes in your house format, use Copilot’s Researcher and Analyst for the bigger pieces of work, and learn how to share what you build with the other Assistants in your organisation.

Time: 11am ET | 4pm GMT

Format: Live on Zoom, 3 hours

You use Copilot every day. Is it writing your meeting minutes and monthly reports yet?

Many of the Executive Assistants we speak to now use Copilot for emails, meeting recaps and first drafts. But the minutes for your Executive’s leadership meeting still have to go into your house format by hand, and the monthly summary of their diary, budget or project tracker still means explaining to Copilot what you want, from scratch, every time.

That’s what agents are for. You build an agent once, with the instructions, the documents and the format it needs, and it does that job the same way whenever you ask. Your organisation is already paying for Copilot, and agents might well be where you get the most back from it.

Most advanced Copilot courses are written for IT teams, or for every job in the organisation at once. This masterclass is built around the work Executive Assistants do, and you’ll build your agents live with Lauren, alongside other Assistants.

What if one agent handled an entire workflow from start to finish?

Picture giving an agent the transcript from your Executive’s leadership meeting and letting it do the rest: writing up the minutes, adding each action to your tracker with an owner and a deadline, and drafting the follow-up emails for you to check and send. In Advanced Copilot, you’ll learn how to build agents that work through a whole job like this on their own, so the time you spend on meeting follow-up could go back into your week.

How it works

Book your date

Pick the date that fits around your diary. You'll get an email confirming your place straight away, and your joining details include a short checklist of what to check with IT before the session.

Build it with Lauren

For three hours on Zoom, Lauren builds each agent on screen while you build your own in Copilot. Bring a job you do every week, because that's the one you'll build first.

Share it with your team

The day after, you'll get the recording, the slides and your bonuses. Test your agent on a few real jobs, then share it with the Assistants you work with. A few weeks later, you can bring any questions to Lauren's quarterly Q&A.

What we cover in Advanced Copilot

The masterclass is split into three parts, and by the end of each one you’ll have built something you can use straight away. Lauren updates the content before every date, so you’re always learning the current version of Copilot.

Part one

Building your first agents

We start with Agent Builder. Lauren shows you how to describe the agent you want, write instructions it follows every time, and give it only the documents it needs. You’ll build an agent for one of your own weekly jobs, then test it properly, including getting it to follow your template and house style.

By the end of part one, you’ll have your first agent built and tested on your own work.

Part Two

Researcher, Analyst and the jobs that run themselves

Next, we look at Copilot’s specialist agents. You’ll use Researcher to put together a briefing from several sources, with references, and Analyst to find the trends in a spreadsheet. Then we set up the jobs that repeat, using Notebook instructions for a summary in the same format every time and scheduled prompts for the ones that come round every week, depending on your licence.

By the end of part two, you’ll know which of your jobs to give to an agent, to Researcher or Analyst, or to a schedule.

Part Three

Sharing agents across your team, safely

Finally, we share what you’ve built. Lauren shows you how to share an agent with other Assistants, add suggested prompts so they know how to use it, and check which documents it can see so it doesn’t share more than it should. We finish with a short introduction to Copilot Studio and what it adds, so you know when it’s worth involving IT.

You’ll leave with an agent ready to share and a clear list of what to ask IT for next.

What's included

When you book a live place, this is what you get:

The live masterclass with Lauren. Three hours on Zoom, building agents for your own work, with time for your questions throughout.

The recording, slides and resources. We send these the day after, and you can access them for three months.

A certificate of completion. Useful for your own records, or for your organisation’s learning and development team.

Included with every live Masterclass

Your four bonuses

Three hours with Lauren gets your first agents built. These bonuses are there for the weeks afterwards, when you’re building the next ones back at your desk.

Bonus 1

Agent instruction library

The instructions behind Lauren’s own agents, including her meeting minutes and invoice tracker agents, ready to copy into Agent Builder and adapt for your Executive.

Yours the day after your masterclass.

Bonus 2

The IT checklist

Agents, sharing and some of Copilot’s newer features need your IT team to switch them on, especially in larger organisations. This one-page checklist sets out what to ask for and why, written so you can forward it to IT as it is.

Sent with your joining details, so there’s time to get everything switched on.

Bonus 3

Productivity Hacks for Assistants

The digital materials provided in this bundle will equip you with the skills and strategies needed to maximise your potential and transform you into an exceptional Assistant.

Normally sold separately. Yours the day after your masterclass.

Bonus 4

A place at Lauren's quarterly Q&A

Some questions only come up once your agents are in use. Every quarter, Lauren runs a 45-minute live Q&A for everyone who attended a Copilot, Advanced Copilot or Gemini masterclass in the previous three months, so you’ll have somewhere to bring them.

For everyone who attended a Copilot masterclass that quarter.

Booking for your team?

If three to five of you book places on the same date, 10% comes off each place automatically in the basket. Advanced Copilot works especially well for teams of Assistants, because you can build and share agents together. For six or more people, a private masterclass might work out better, built around your organisation’s own templates and jobs. Ask about a private class.

Your organisation has already invested in Copilot, and this masterclass is about getting more back from that investment, so it’s a natural thing to ask for. To make the conversation easier, we’ve put together a manager pack. It includes a one-page business case for this masterclass and an email you can edit and send to your Executive or your learning and development team.

Executive Assistants who use Microsoft 365 Copilot most days and want to build agents for the jobs they repeat, and share them with their team. If you’re new to Copilot, Copilot for EAs is the better place to start.

No, but you’ll need to be comfortable using Copilot day to day in Outlook, Teams and Word. If you’re not, book Copilot for EAs and Advanced Copilot together as a bundle and save.

No. That recording introduces Notebooks and agents. Advanced Copilot is three hours of building with Lauren: your own agents for your own work, set up in your account during the session, plus sharing them with your team and an introduction to Copilot Studio.

A Microsoft 365 Copilot licence through work. If the bottom left of Copilot says “Upgrade” rather than showing your plan, you might not have the full licence, and your IT team will know. Some features also depend on what your organisation has switched on.

Yes, but check with IT first. Some organisations switch agents off until they’ve reviewed who can see which documents. The IT checklist in your joining details sets out what to ask for.

It can be, as long as you follow your organisation’s policy. Lauren shows you how to give an agent only the documents it needs, rather than a whole SharePoint site, and what sensitivity labels can do.

We introduce it, so you know what it adds and when to involve IT. Everything you build in the session uses Copilot itself, in plain English, with no technical knowledge needed.

Every date runs 4pm to 7pm UK, which is 11am to 2pm US Eastern.

Check on WorldTime Buddy to confirm your time zone.

Yes. It arrives the day after, with the slides and resources, and stays available for three months.

Prices are shown before VAT. UK buyers pay VAT at 20%. Those outside the UK do not pay VAT.

Book 3 to 5 places on one date and 10% comes off automatically. For six or more, we can run a private class for your team.
