Live AI for Executive Assistants Masterclass
Build AI workflows for your whole week, whichever AI tool your organisation uses
AI for Executive Assistants is a live, three-hour online masterclass with Nicky Christmas, founder of The EA Campus. You’ll build AI workflows for the work that fills an EA’s week, from preparing your Executive for meetings to managing travel and events, using the AI tool your organisation already provides. You’ll also see which other tools can plug into those workflows to speed things up.

Time: 11am ET | 4pm GMT
Format: Live on Zoom, 3 hours
Are you using AI for more than emails and summaries?
Most Executive Assistants now have AI at work, and most of us started in the same place: tidying up an email, summarising a long thread, drafting the first version of a document. That’s useful, but it’s a small part of what AI can do for you.
The bigger opportunity is the routine work that fills your week: preparing your Executive for meetings, chasing follow-ups, planning travel, and pulling together the monthly report. Hand more of that to AI, and you get time back for the parts of the role that rely on you, such as the judgement calls and the relationship with your Executive.
This masterclass is practical from start to finish. It works with whichever AI tool your organisation has given you, and you’ll build your workflows live with Nicky, alongside other Executive Assistants doing the same.
What if your meeting preparation, notes and follow-up ran as one workflow?
Imagine your Executive’s next leadership meeting. AI drafts the briefing from the invite and the papers, a note-taking tool records and summarises the discussion, and AI turns the summary into actions and a follow-up email for you to check before it goes. In AI for Executive Assistants, you’ll build workflows like this one with the AI tool you already have, so the hours that go on meetings could come back to you.
This is for you if
- Your organisation gives you an AI tool, whether that's Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, and you'd like it to change how your week runs.
- You've used AI for quick questions and first drafts, but you haven't built it into the work you do every week yet.
- You'd like to know which other tools can speed up parts of your role, such as scheduling and note-taking, without trying dozens of apps yourself.
- You're fairly new to AI at work. We start with the foundations, so you won't be left behind.
It isn't for you if
- You'd like to go deep on one AI tool. Our Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini masterclasses each focus on a single tool.
- You're already building agents or scheduled workflows. Our Advanced Copilot and Advanced Claude masterclasses will suit you better.
How it works

Choose your date
Choose the date that works best around your Executive's diary. We'll email you straight away to confirm your place, and your Zoom link will arrive before the session.

Build your workflows with Nicky
Over three hours on Zoom, Nicky builds each workflow on screen while you follow along in the AI tool you use at work. Whichever tool that is, she shows you where to find the same features in yours.

Put them to work
The next day, you'll receive the recording, the slides and your bonuses. Start with the workflow that will save you the most time, then add the next. When new questions come up, you can bring them to Nicky's quarterly Q&A.
What we cover in AI for Executive Assistants
There are three parts to the masterclass, moving from setting up the AI tool you have to building workflows for your week and plugging in the tools that speed them up. AI changes quickly, so Nicky refreshes the content before every date.
Part one
Getting your AI tool ready to work for you
We start with the set-up that makes every AI tool more useful: giving it the background on your role and your Executive so you’re not explaining it every time, asking for what you need so the first answer is close to right, and checking its work before anything goes out. Nicky also covers what’s safe to share with confidential information, and what changes if your organisation provides a business version.
You’ll finish part one with your AI tool set up for your role and clear rules for using it safely.
Part Two
Workflows for the work that fills your week
Next, we build workflows for the biggest parts of the EA role: preparing your Executive for meetings and following up afterwards, keeping on top of the inbox and diary, planning travel and events, and pulling together reports. Each one is built so it works in Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, and Nicky shows you where to find the same features in each.
You’ll finish part two with workflows you can start using the next morning.
Part Three
Plugging in the tools that speed things up
Finally, we look beyond your main AI tool. You’ll see how connectors link AI to your email, calendar and files, and what kinds of tools are on the market for jobs like scheduling across time zones and taking meeting notes. Nicky shows you what to look for in a tool, how it fits with the AI you already have, and how to make the case to IT for one that’s worth it.
You’ll leave with a plan for your own AI toolkit, built around the way you and your Executive work.

Need sign-off first?
Most Executive Assistants who book with us are funded by their organisation, so you’re very likely not the first person to ask. To make the conversation easier, we’ve put together a manager pack. It includes a one-page business case for this masterclass and an email you can edit and send to your Executive or your learning and development team.

EAs, PAs and Executive Assistants who have an AI tool at work and want it to change how their week runs, whichever tool their organisation has chosen. If you’d like to go deep on one tool, our Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini masterclasses are the better fit.
The one your organisation provides, whether that’s Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude. The workflows work in all four, and Nicky shows you where to find the same features in each. If you’re not sure what you have access to, your IT team will know.
Those go deep on one tool. AI for Executive Assistants focuses on the workflows that make up an EA’s week, built so they work in whichever tool you use, plus the other tools you can plug in to speed them up.
No. We look at the kinds of tools on the market, such as scheduling and note-taking tools, what to look for in one and how it fits with the AI you already have. You don’t need to buy anything to take part.
It can be, as long as you follow your organisation’s policy and know what not to share. Part one covers what’s safe to put into an AI tool with confidential information, and what changes if your organisation provides a business version.
Every date runs 4pm to 7pm UK, which is 11am to 2pm US Eastern.
