Live ChatGPT for Executive Assistants Masterclass

Save hours every week, with ChatGPT as your thinking partner

ChatGPT for Executive Assistants is a live, three-hour online masterclass with Nicky Christmas, founder of The EA Campus. You’ll learn how to use ChatGPT to write your routine emails and notes in a fraction of the time, and as a thinking partner when you’re planning or solving a problem for your Executive. You’ll get hours back each week without keeping every detail in your head.

Thursday 13th May 2027

Time: 11am ET | 4pm UK

Format: Live on Zoom, 3 hours

What would you do with a few extra hours and a clearer head?

As Executive Assistants, we spend much of our week writing emails, notes, and updates that ChatGPT could draft in seconds, and we also carry a lot in our heads for our Executive. Most of us have had a moment where ChatGPT saved us half an hour on a tricky email. Then the week took over, and we went back to writing everything the long way.

Beyond drafting your emails and meeting notes in minutes, ChatGPT can work through a problem with you before you take it to your Executive, so you spend less time revisiting the same questions on your own. In this masterclass, you’ll set ChatGPT up for your role and your Executive, and leave knowing the first three tasks you’ll hand over to ChatGPT.

You’ll be learning together with a group of other Executive Assistants who want the same thing, with time for your questions throughout.

Where the time comes back

Think about how long you spend each week writing follow-up emails and meeting notes from scratch. Once ChatGPT drafts those for you, a job that takes half an hour can often take five minutes, and your time goes on checking the draft and adding what only you know about your Executive.

The same goes for thinking time. Instead of going round in circles on a tricky plan or problem on your own, you can talk the options through with ChatGPT first and take your Executive a clear recommendation.

How it works

Save your seat

Book your place, and we'll email you straight away to confirm it. Your Zoom joining details and your prompt library arrive before the session, so you can come prepared.

Work through it together

For three hours on Zoom, Nicky works through each step on screen and you try it in your own ChatGPT account at the same time. Everyone in the room is an Assistant, so the questions and examples come from the same kind of work as yours.

Keep the time you save

The day after, you'll get the recording, the slides and your bonuses. Pick one new habit to start with, and once it's part of your routine, add the next. Any questions that come up later can go to Nicky's quarterly Q&A.

What we cover in ChatGPT for Executive Assistants

The masterclass has three parts, and each one is about saving you time on real work. OpenAI changes ChatGPT often, and what you can use depends on your plan, so Nicky updates the content before every date and shows you what to look for in your own account.

Part one

Getting ChatGPT ready to work for you

We start by setting ChatGPT up properly. You’ll learn how the free and paid versions differ, how to tell it about your role and the way you like things written, and how to decide what’s safe to share when you’re handling confidential information.

You’ll finish part one with ChatGPT set up for your role and clear rules for using it safely.

Part Two

Saving time on your everyday work

Next, Nicky shares a simple way of asking ChatGPT for what you need, so the first answer is close to right. You’ll see how to keep the background for each Executive in a Project, so you don’t have to explain it all again, and how to check ChatGPT’s work quickly before anything goes out.

You’ll finish part two with a Project set up for your Executive and a way of asking that saves you rewriting.

Part Three

Letting ChatGPT take on more

Finally, we look at the features that save the most time once the basics are in place. You’ll see how ChatGPT can work inside Word and PowerPoint, run tasks for you on a schedule, and take on longer jobs from start to finish, depending on your plan.

You’ll leave with a short plan for the first few weeks, so the time you save adds up.

What's included

When you book a live place, this is what you get:

The live masterclass with Nicky. Three hours on Zoom, working through it with other Executive Assistants.

The recording, slides and resources. We send these the day after, and you can access them for three months.

A certificate of completion. Useful for your own records, or for your organisation’s learning and development team.

Included with every live Masterclass

Your four bonuses

The masterclass shows you where ChatGPT can save you time. These four bonuses help you keep saving it once you’re back at your desk.

Bonus 1

Setting up ChatGPT scheduled tasks recording

Scheduled tasks let ChatGPT do a job for you at a set time, such as a weekly round-up waiting for you on a Monday morning. In this short recording, Nicky shows you how to set your first ones up and how to keep them useful. [Recording to be made. Scheduled tasks need a paid ChatGPT plan.]

Yours the day after your masterclass.

Bonus 2

The ChatGPT prompt library for EAs

This library gives you ready-written prompts for the tasks Nicky covers in the masterclass, so you can start saving time without working out the wording yourself. We’ll send it with your joining details, so you can look through it before the session.

Sent with your joining details.

Bonus 3

Productivity Hacks for Assistants

The digital materials provided in this bundle will equip you with the skills and strategies needed to maximise your potential and transform you into an exceptional Assistant.

Normally sold separately. Yours the day after your masterclass.

Bonus 4

A place at Nicky's quarterly Q&A

Some questions only come up once you’ve been using ChatGPT for a few weeks. Every quarter, Nicky runs a 45-minute live Q&A for everyone who attended one of her AI masterclasses in the previous three months, so you’ll have somewhere to bring them.

For everyone who attended that quarter.

Most Executive Assistants who book with us are funded by their organisation, so you’re very likely not the first person to ask. To make the conversation easier, we’ve put together a manager pack. It includes a one-page business case for this masterclass, an email you can edit and send to your Executive or your learning and development team.

Executive Assistants, PAs, office managers and anyone in a support role who wants ChatGPT to save them time at work. You don’t need any experience with it, and if you already use it now and then, you’ll still have plenty to take away.

Yes. Most of the masterclass works on any version, including the free one. A few of the features in part three, such as scheduled tasks and the agent for longer jobs, need a paid plan, and Nicky will point those out as she goes.

It can be, as long as you follow your organisation’s policy and know what not to share. Part one covers how to decide what’s safe to put into ChatGPT, and what changes if your organisation provides a business version. If you’re not sure what your policy says, your IT team will know.
