In this session, we’ll explore the key expectations that Strategic Assistants should have of their Executives to build a truly effective and impactful partnership. While every Assistant-Executive relationship is unique, there are 10 essential principles that consistently support a successful collaboration. Attendees will learn how to set clear boundaries, foster honest communication, and encourage growth on both sides of the partnership. This session will challenge Assistants to reflect on their own expectations and empower them to articulate what they need to thrive in their role. By the end, participants will have a framework for building a stronger, more collaborative relationship with their Executive — one based on trust, accountability, and shared success.
