1. Conditions of Sale for Live Streaming

Due to the nature of live-streaming events, The EA Campus (operated by PPPA Ltd.) cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to access, IT, internet, or WiFi problems that participants may experience before, during, or after the live broadcast.

It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure, to the best of their ability, that they can access the live broadcast. Detailed instructions and access information will be provided via email prior to the masterclass. We recommend testing your system and connection ahead of time to avoid disruptions.

2. Access and Technical Support

The EA Campus (PPPA Ltd.) will not be responsible for providing technical support related to access, IT, internet, or WiFi issues before, during, or after the masterclass. It is highly recommended that participants ensure their technical setup is fully functional in advance of the masterclass.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: The EA Campus does not offer refunds for any masterclass registration. All participants will receive access to the recorded session for three months post-event, allowing flexibility for those who are unable to attend the live session.

• Non-attendance: If a participant is unable to attend the live masterclass, they will still be granted access to the recorded session, ensuring that they can review the content at their convenience. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

• Force Majeure: In the event that the masterclass is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), participants will be notified, and registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

4. Content Access and Usage Rights

Participants are granted temporary access to both the live and recorded versions of the masterclass. All materials, including recordings, presentations, and resources provided during the masterclass, are copyrighted and owned by The EA Campus (PPPA Ltd.). Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any content without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer

The materials and information provided during The EA Campus Masterclasses are for educational and informational purposes only. The EA Campus does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of any strategies, advice, or information shared during the masterclass.

6. Data Protection

By registering for the masterclass, you consent to the collection of your contact information (name and email) for communication related to the event. The EA Campus (PPPA Ltd.) will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
