Terms and Conditions
The EA Campus Virtual Summits
1. Conditions of Sale for Live Streaming
Due to the nature of live-streaming events, EA Campus (operated by PPPA Ltd.) cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties, including but not limited to, access, IT, internet, or WiFi issues ticket holders may encounter before, during, or after the live broadcast.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure, to the best of their ability, that they can access the live broadcast. Instructions and access details will be provided via email prior to the event. Please ensure you have tested your system and connection prior to the event start.
2. Ticket Types and Usage
-
Individual Ticket: An individual ticket allows one person to attend the virtual summit. The ticket holder agrees not to share their access code or allow others to view the broadcast. Each individual ticket allows access to the live event from two devices (e.g., a computer and a tablet). Individual tickets also include access to the recorded version of the event for up to 3 months post-event.
-
Group Ticket: The group ticket provides ten licenses for individual use. By purchasing a group ticket, you agree not to share access codes beyond the ten licensed individuals. Group ticket holders will also receive access to the recorded event for 3 months.
-
Enterprise Ticket: The enterprise ticket offers 40 live licenses across your organization and unlimited post-event access to the recorded sessions for up to 12 months. Enterprise tickets are suitable for organizations with larger teams across multiple locations.
Sharing of access codes beyond the number of purchased licenses is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Access and Technical Support
EA Campus (PPPA Ltd.) will not be responsible for providing technical support relating to access, IT issues, or internet/WiFi disruptions experienced during or after the live event. It is highly recommended that all ticket holders ensure their technical setup is fully functional in advance of the summit.
4. Refund Policy
-
No Refunds: EA Campus (PPPA Ltd.) does not offer refunds for any virtual summit tickets. All ticket holders will receive access to the event recordings for three months post-event, allowing flexibility in case you are unable to attend the live sessions.
-
Non-attendance: If a ticket holder is unable to attend the live event, access to the event recordings will still be provided, ensuring you do not miss out on any of the content. As such, no refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
-
Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that the summit is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), you will be notified and your ticket will be transferred to the rescheduled event. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
5. Content Access and Usage Rights
Ticket holders are granted temporary access to the event’s live and recorded content. All materials, including recordings, presentations, and resources provided during the summit, are copyrighted and owned by EA Campus (PPPA Ltd.). Ticket holders are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing the content without prior written consent.
