Where Executive Assistants come together to learn, connect and plan the next stage of their careers.
The EA Campus Conference is a two-day event for Executive Assistants, held in London and streamed live for anyone who can’t travel. It’s run by The EA Campus, and we’ve been training Assistants since 2011, so every session is built around the work you do with your Executive.
Our role is changing quickly. AI is taking on more of the admin, and many Executives are asking us for more strategic support. This conference gives you two days away from the inbox to learn from people who have made those changes work and to return to your desk with a clear plan for the year ahead.
Most of the programme is built for participation rather than sitting and listening, so you’ll spend as much time talking with other Assistants as you do hearing from the speakers. And if you’d like to start with tools and tech, our optional AI masterclass on Wednesday afternoon is a hands-on way to begin.
Learning Together
The EA Campus Conference is designed so you learn from other Assistants as much as from the speakers. Alongside the talks you’ll find hands-on workshops, panels you can put questions to, and roundtables where small groups work through the same challenges together.
Your experience counts in the room. Some of the most useful ideas at our past conferences have come from the Assistant in the next seat, and the programme leaves time for those conversations to happen.
With 150 in-person places, the atmosphere stays friendly and personal, and it’s easy to get to know people across both days.
You belong here if you’re…

Looking for ideas you can use straight away
Every session is built around the work Assistants do, so you'll leave with tools, templates and approaches you can try with your Executive the following week.

Curious about AI but want help putting it to work
We'll start where you are. The optional Wednesday masterclass and the AI sessions across both days show you how other Assistants are using these tools in their roles.

Thinking about the next step in your career
Whether you want to grow in your current role or move towards Chief of Staff or operations, you'll hear from people who have made that move and talk it through with Assistants asking the same questions.
Four themes for 2027
Every session at this year’s conference connects to one of four themes, all centred on how Assistants work in partnership with their Executives.

AI and the Assistant role
How Assistants are using AI tools in their work today, where human judgement still matters most, and how to keep pace as the tools change. Starts with the Wednesday masterclass and runs through both days.

Where your career goes next
What organisations are hiring and promoting Assistants for, and the routes people have taken into Chief of Staff, operations and leadership roles.

Working with your Executive
The day-to-day partnership: getting buy-in for your ideas, making your 1:1s count, and working well with Executives who are hard to read.

Organisation and performance
Practical ways to move from reacting to the day towards planning it, so you can stay ahead of your Executive's priorities.
2027 Speakers
We’re announcing speakers over the coming weeks. Join our Wednesday newsletter to hear about each one first.

The Programme
Here's how the three days are shaping up. We'll add sessions and speakers as they're confirmed, and the full running order will be here by March.
Wednesday 19th May: AI Masterclass
An optional, hands-on afternoon for Assistants who want to get more from the AI tools they already have, before the main conference begins.

Afternoon: Copilot for Executive Assistants, with Lauren Hughes
Lauren works through how Copilot fits into the Microsoft 365 apps you use every day, using real EA tasks. You'll leave knowing what Copilot does well, where its limits are, and how to start using it in your own work the following week.
Lauren is a Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace trainer at CloudShed and runs our Copilot for EAs masterclass. Expect live demonstrations, time to try things yourself, and practical examples you can take back to your desk, whether you're new to Copilot or already experimenting.

Afternoon: AI tools beyond Microsoft, with Nicky Christmas
The second half of the afternoon looks at the AI tools many Assistants use alongside Microsoft, and how to set them up so they understand your role, your Executive and the way you write.

Nicky runs our Claude and AI for EAs masterclasses. You'll see how other Assistants are using these tools for their own work, how to check what the tools produce before it goes anywhere near your Executive, and how to decide which tool suits which job.
Thursday 20th May: Conference Day One

Morning: The EA role in 2027 and beyond, with Nicky Christmas
We open with a look at where the Assistant role is heading over the next few years, and how the themes of the conference connect to the changes many of us are already seeing at work.

Morning panel: The EA industry update, with Alicia Fairclough and Jess Gardinar
What recruiters and industry voices are seeing across the market right now: the skills organisations are hiring for, how the role is changing across sectors, and what you can do now to stay ready for your next move.

Morning keynote: Digitise everything, humanise what matters, with Christopher Allen
As AI takes on more of the work, Chris asks what Assistants might be managing in future, and suggests it could be the quality of people's connections as much as their diaries.
Chris spent 20 years as a British Army officer before moving into international business consulting, and has since worked with organisations including Munich Re, Buro Happold, Phoenix Group and Jaguar Land Rover on culture and change. His session explores the balance between technology and human connection at work, with plenty of practical insight and some humour.

Lunchtime: Networking lunch with themed tables
Choose a table to join over lunch, each with a host to get the conversation going, so you're never left wondering who to sit with.

Afternoon: The EA Roundtables
Small, hosted tables where you work through a challenge with other Assistants, then switch halfway. Topics include getting buy-in for new ideas, working with Executives who are hard to read, and making your 1:1s more useful.

Evening: Drinks and networking
The first day ends with drinks and networking from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, when the conversations from the day tend to carry on.
Two more panels, on EAs who lead EA teams and EAs working with AI, will be announced soon.
Friday 21st May: Conference Day Two
Morning: Opening session
We will set the scene for the day's workshops with a session on organisation, leadership and performance, and how to stay proactive while the tools around you keep changing.

Workshop: Your AI career advantage, with Lisa Howe
A hands-on workshop showing you how to use AI tools to record your achievements, research your next move and prepare for promotion and pay conversations.
Lisa has more than 20 years' experience in recruitment and career coaching, and her approach is practical and free of hype. You'll leave with prompts you can put to work the same day.
Late morning: Choose your workshop
From EA to Chief of Staff
Catherine mentored Assistants for years before moving into HR and Chief of Staff roles, and now supports EAs who want to make that move. Her workshop looks at the steps that make the transition possible.

AI and productivity workshop, with Liz Hardwick
Liz's hands-on workshop looks at practical ways to use AI to save time across your working week. Full details coming soon.

Lunchtime: The tech genius bar
Visit our tech stations over lunch to try a range of tools designed for Assistants, with people on hand to answer your questions.

Afternoon: Closing keynote, to be announced
We'll close the conference with a keynote to send you home with a plan for the year ahead, followed by closing remarks from Nicky.
More than a row of talks
Some of the most useful parts of the conference happen between the sessions, so we plan those moments as carefully as the programme.

Themed lunch tables
On Thursday you choose a lunch table by topic, each with a host, so you're never left wondering who to sit with.

The tech genius bar
Friday lunch is a chance to try tools built for Assistants, one station at a time, and ask the questions you'd never get answered in a demo video.

The Wisdom Wall
During the breaks, add your best piece of advice to the wall and read what other Assistants have shared.

Thursday evening drinks
The first day ends with drinks and networking until 8.30pm, when the conversations from the day tend to carry on.
Real People. Real Connection. Really Great Events.
Hear it from the Assistants who were there
Here’s what Executive Assistants who came to the 2026 conference said about the two days, the people they met and what they took back to their Executives.

Want your organisation to pay for your place?
Many Assistants who come to our events have their place paid for by their employer, and we know that asking can feel awkward. So we’ve written the request for you.
Our business case letter explains what you’ll learn, how it supports your Executive and your organisation, and what it costs, ready for you to edit and send. It comes with a short guide to the questions your manager or HR team is most likely to ask, from the time out of the office to the return on the cost.
